She started her career at Oracle Saudi Arabia where she was the first Saudi female to join the technology consulting team. In 2009 she has been appointed as the Leader of Oracle Women Leadership program (OWL) and also has been responsible for coaching and mentoring new hires and junior staff. Hanouf received her MBA in Entrepreneurship from Suffolk University in Boston, USA. And her BSc of Computer Information Systems from Prince Sultan University in Riyadh.
