About The Role
The purpose of the Marketing & Communications Associate role is to assist in the implementation of HalalaH’s strategy. This role requires a diverse knowledge base across multiple areas, including branding, advertising, digital/performance marketing, content marketing, event planning, strategic and conceptual thinking, and public relations.
Key responsibilities include:
Assist with implement a marketing strategy that focuses both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting stakeholders (customers / leadership / government / media / etc...) and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
Assist with optimizing visibility, managing stakeholders perception and optimizing impact.
Identify and build relationships with prominent local influencers and thought leaders in our space. Ensure these relationships benefit both the company and individual.
Collaborate with other marketing team members, aligning internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
Represent the brand and deliver a great experience to local partners.
Assist in preparing internal and external presentations.
Assist with event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for onsite collateral.
Assist in preparing internal and external presentations.
Proactively seek and identify marketing trends and best practices, then promote and spread best practices among marketing team members, leadership and the rest of the organization.
REQUIREMENTS

Additional qualifications include:
BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline.
Has a high level of creativity, energy, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Has an interest in the marketing mix.
Has an interest in designing, planning and executing advertising campaigns.
Has an interest in event planning and management.
Has an interest in developing and articulating innovative marketing solutions.
Confident, outgoing, and with a predisposition to share knowledge with others.
Proficient in both Arabic and English, with exceptional writing and editing skills.
Good technical proficiency, literacy skills, and tech-savvy.
