Ms. Al Besher conceived of FinTech Saudi while following an impressive career path has led her to such roles as leader of a Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) program to develop Saudi expertise in information security, Human Resources and Administration Director of SADAD Payment Systems and, finally, member of the FinTech Committee at SAMA.

Dr. Fahad is a Senior Consultant in CyberSecurity/Assurance, Digital Innovation and blockchain Technologies. Over the past 12 years, he has participated & been hired as a senior consultant and project manager at several firms and governmental agencies. The combination resulted in expertise not limited to: 1) Technology Innovation & Entrepreneurship, 2) Blockchain Technologies & Services, 3) IT Governance & Compliance, and 4) CyberSecurity Management & Operations. He, also, serves as an active researcher & Assistant Professor at the College of Computer and Information Technology at Shaqra University (SU). Dr. Alruwaili teaches bachelor degree courses in computer science and network engineering, as well as supervises graduation and research projects in cybersecurity, digital transformation, cloud computing, & risk management. He has been with SU since 2012 & achieved his doctoral degree in computer engineering specialized in cloud security, privacy, and compliance, early 2016. Alaa is responsible for the investment portfolio at Malaz Capital. He has graduated in accounting in 1997 from King Fahd University. He started his career in auditing and corporate banking. He then completed an MBA from the University of Lancaster and moved to the field of private banking and investment advisory. Alaa also worked in leadership positions in regional investment firms and family businesses. Halfway through his career, Alaa started advising on investment and succession issues with particular focus on governance and conflict resolution. Before spending a period of time as independent advisor and wealth manager, he worked in one of the big-4 as head of business development. Alaa is the first Saudi to be awarded the Chartered Director and Fellow of the Institute of Directors in the United Kingdom, a degree that helps him in evaluating and improving the performance of the baords and spreading awareness about governance and independence directorship. She has around 10 years of experience working in the Information Technology & Business Consulting with multinational flagship companies. Prior to joining Endeavor in 2016, Hanouf spent 2 years at Pearson Education in the United States where she was the Lead Quality Assurance Consultant for Pearson’s mega projects. She started her career at Oracle Saudi Arabia where she was the first Saudi female to join the technology consulting team. In 2009 she has been appointed as the Leader of Oracle Women Leadership program (OWL) and also has been responsible for coaching and mentoring new hires and junior staff. Hanouf received her MBA in Entrepreneurship from Suffolk University in Boston, USA. And her BSc of Computer Information Systems from Prince Sultan University in Riyadh.
